CHAFING DISHES RETURN TO EQUIPMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Chafing Dishes are a great way to keep your food warm for hours.
NOTE: Use only the proper canned fuel when operating

Tips:

  1. Place chafing dish in the location where you are serving the food
  2. Fill large water pan with hot water
  3. Light both cans of fuel while placed below the chafing dish
  4. Place food pan inside the water pan
  5. Maintain water level in pan to prevent burning
  6. To keep food warmer longer, replace lid after each serving is taken
  7. Sterno fuel will last 2 – 2 ½ hours
  8. You may use the food pans to cook in or you can place it in the oven prior to placing in the chafing dish so it will stay hot longer
  9. Prior to returning, please empty all food from the inserts
